Poor job on Canner Street as well, particularly around storm drains.

We received your issue and will check location as soon as we can. Parked cars and leaf piles blown into the street makes it impossible to sweep even at times clogging the sweepers. Thanks for reporting.

No prior sweeping, no parked cars, no leaf piles in front of our place on Canner.
Sweepers appear to just be going through the motions, regardless of leaf accumulation.

yes same on willow, no cars (for once), two street sweepers in tandem and it looked like 10% of the leaves got picked up

Canner street between orange and nicoll does not appear to have been cleaned at all. There was no change in the leaves, and storm drains remain blocked by leaves.

They're now "sweeping" north side of Canner, with cars now parked on south side over leaves they made a feeble pass at yesterday. There appear to be more "sweepers" at work today. Yesterday, one of the 2 "sweepers" stopped as it approached a storm drain, the driver threw his empty styrofoam coffee cup in front of the machine, then continued to "sweep", leaving the cup lid behind with the leaves that were on the street before. I picked up the lid and put it in last night's recycling bin. If the predicted heavy rains come today and tomorrow, it should be quite a mess around the storm drains up and down Canner, starting with the always clogged one at southwest corner of Canner and Whitney. Is anybody supervising this operation?

Mr Snyder - thank you for the update. Any chance that you got any identifying info on the sweeper or driver? We have to find a way to stop city workers from making our city worse.

big 'Thank you' to the SeeClickFix gang. I just passed multiple street sweepers at Canner and Cold Spring (doing the work that they were supposed to do yesterday). Keep up the good work.

Thanks for all of your feedback during the 2016 Street Sweeping Season which operated from April-November. Since the weather so far has been somewhat mild, we have been able to sweep extra along arterial locations. Our seasonal focus now shifts to snow so we are closing this category.
