A. This trash has been here for months and it's a real problem. Definitely a rodent attraction. Construction permit number 20161794 dated 6-2-16. Is in the window. This permit says it's block 14105 lot 2 Multiple calls to the city have been made to get this cleaned up and nothing has been done
