Description
The property owner has the house up for sale and just paved the lot and side of house last weekend even after being told this is not allowed. This was all grass area.
This house is being flipped by realtor who must know someone. I reported this to my neighbor who is on the ZBA and was told to call Police that weekend and call Conservation Commission on Monday. I guess no one wants to go after this realtor who keeps flipping houses and doing what ever they want.
They even put up 6' fence that is blocking corner.

The Conservation Commission had the owner at their meeting on December 7th. The owner was told the asphalt had to be removed from the yard. Leaving only the original walkway.
This is not a ZBA issue and therefore on a Sunday you would need to call the Police because Conservation Commission is not available on weekends. As far as the fence blocking a view and not conforming to city building codes or ordinances. The building department needs to address this. The building permit that was issued by Revere did not have fence or paving. Also there is ASN ordinance that no work can by done on Sundays.
None of these issues are controlled by the ZBA.
Call Building Department and/or Inspectional Services.
