Illegal dumping of electronic waste, gas cans, rotten carpeting, and trash. Pile is growing due to broken fence by local homeless transients looking for cans and unfortunately neighbors next door at 5932 Clover Manor using as free dumping area as no enforcement is being issued to them. They hire landscapers too and welcome them to dump their loads in the vacant lot and assist them from behind backyard fence to escape detection. Please notify property owners of both properties to stop repeat violations. This is occurring daily and repeatedly.
