Are you sure? I drive through here daily but what I see is a bunch of people darting across the roads where there isnt a crossing. Maybe its because the lights are out. But I have never seen anyone cross at the actual crossing that has stop lights/signs.

Ya cma has a point. I almost mowed down a mom and her kids because they ran right at one of the curves across the rd not using crosswalk that has the flashy red lights. they should put up barriers all down the road

I drive through here multiple times a week and the lights are not out? But what I do see is a ton of people crossing and darting across at random spots and not at the crosswalk yield zone. Its pretty dangerous area all round.

I'm positive. Drive through here at night and every light is out. Yes, jay walking is also an issue here, which makes this all the more scary.
