Description

Garbage and occasional shopping carts visible from the bridge crossing Tice Creek on South Main St.. This debris has been reported on more than one occasion and is related to the homeless problem nearby. This debris has been there for many weeks now and sometimes the smell is pretty bad. As the downtown area expands, cleanup in this and other nearby areas need to be addressed.
