One other note - every time a neighbor re-reports this issue, the new date is posted on the Duke Energy map for streetlight repairs so it looks like it was just reported recently (the current date showing is 11/04/2016); however, this same light has been reported many times since May. If you click the report for this light, it says they know there is a problem, but there is never any additional information. There is a second symbol reporting the same light that has a message that there is no known problem with this light. Since I live on the court and my driveway is across from the light, I know it has not worked since May.
