Black Chevrolet Cobalt has been parked in front of 3712 Malibu Dr. At the time the vehicle was dropped off the back of a trailer on November 3, 2016 I asked the people that dropped it off if it was running. They informed me that it was not running but it would be fixed by the following Thursday which would have been on the 10th of November. Needless to say the vehicle has not been repaired and is still not running but it continues to sit in the roadway. Winter is coming and it would be nice to get this taken care of before the snow falls and snow plows are out on the roadway. Also it is against the law to park over night on city streets but this vehicle has not had 1 ticket put on it.
