Arrived to the location, checked the area no violation, vehicles are allowed to park. Posted signs restrict parking Monday - Friday 7am-9am & 4pm-6pm.

Signs that restrict parking for one part of the day do not explicitly allow parking for other parts of the day, as required by MN Statutes 169.34(1)(a)(14) in order to legally park in a bike (travel) lane.

MN Statutes 169.011(5):
"Bicycle lanes are to be distinguished from the portion of the roadway or shoulder used for motor vehicle traffic by physical barrier, striping, marking, or other similar device.”

These travel lanes are striped and marked (with a bicycle icon) per state law.

This is illegal, per 169.34(1): "Prohibitions. (a) No person shall stop, stand, or park a vehicle, except when necessary to avoid conflict with other traffic or in compliance with the directions of a police officer or traffic-control device, in any of the following places:" ... "(14) within a bicycle lane, except when posted signs permit parking"
