Five months later, and you would THINK that a legitimate HOA would have taken care of it, especially after collecting $300 per home per year. Who knows WTF they are doing with this money, as NO IMPROVEMENTS have been made to the neighborhood/ community POOL/ or CLUBHOUSE. The fence surrounding the pool/clubhouse is about to collapse. What these people are paid to "manage" is beyond me......

This mattress frame is clearly visible at the roadside, with all of the brush being dead and trees bare. It is such a horrendous sight, along with all of the trash that gets dumped in the area. So sad that Mission West Home Association does not care about their properties!
