this lady is trying to scam peoole, trying to rent this building without a permit without being able to turn on water etc she told me the water was off because she had a main break even though it really is because she didn't pay since 2015. the apartments inside are filthy and uninhabitable at this point. there even is a news article about her. http://wjla.com/news/local/woman-contacts-seven-on-your-side-after-landlord-doesnt-pay-water-bill
