Description

Could the timing of the traffic signal at the corner of York/Grove/Ashmun/Tower Pkwy be adjusted to reflect changed traffic patterns? Very often cars are idling on York St at a red light when there are no cars at all traveling on Grove. Also, the pedestrian signals are too slow/unresponsive--I don't think the one near the law school even works at all. There are a lot of bicyclists crossing this intersection going to and from the Farmington Canal--maybe someone in traffic dept has ideas how to make intersection work for bikes too? Thanks.
