when you leave a car on a city street with no tags on it it gets red tagged then towed after a certain time.why does chippys get to park unregistered cars on hall street without being red tagged or towed.there is a maroon riveria that has been there since may and a blue truck that hasnt been touched.why do they get special treatment?
