I almost hit a homeless person the other day in the left lane. The light turns green but the homeless beggar to my left walks right in front of my car to get to the 2nd lane that is holding out a dollar for the beggar. I almost hit her! She got the money and walks right in front of my car again and I almost didn't make it through the light before it turned red again, all the while the guy in back of me blowing his horn! This is terrible. It's to the point I tell people not to come down North Main St in Providence and I now avoid that area and the businesses I used to go to. For instance, eating at Gregg's. This is not making Providence look good! All places I go to now have to be right off the highway and even then, you get the street side walkers all over the place. Get these people off the sidewalks! Make Providence great again!
