Description

Bins have remained at the curb for more than 2 months, sometimes overflowing & spilling debris into the street. Debris now gathers around parked car that has not moved in 2 months since PD spoke w/owner who moved after 2 months on other side of the street. Blue recycling bin is used for trash, but not emptied by either trash or recycling crews.
