Description

PLS REFERENCE Issue ID: 2692779. It took almost 4 months to get this street light fixed because it was out. Now, it is ALWAYS ON. It is on in the daytime and at night. Please fix it so the street light is ON from DUSK TO DAWN. I am disappointed in whomever is repairing the street lights. Takes too long and quality of repair is terrible.

Thank you, I understand this is your standard answer. I had hoped you would read my issue and see that the parts were ordered and installed already. They simply set the light to ALWAYS ON and it needs to be on from DUSK to DAWN. Please review associated ticket to understand the issue.

Why did you close this? It is NOT fixed. The problem is that the streetlight is ALWAYS ON. It is STILL ALWAYS ON! Could you PLEASE read the ticket carefully, and handle the issue that I have clearly stated??????

Yes, please do. It is ALWAYS ON. ALL DAY, EVERY DAY. I waited over 3 months for it to be fixed and then they botched it by just leaving it always on. Shoddy quality. Are we paying a third party for this work? we should get our money back.

Attn Mike Picanzi: this is STILL an issue. The street light is ALWAYS on. What is the problem? Why can't the city of Brockton maintain the street lights? Do I need to ask the Enterprise to investigate? Every street light issue I have reported has been a problem, is never fixed! Why?????
