Lights are changing too quickly. And not much traffic can pass. I have been waiting at the light for five minutes and the lights have changed three times. This the traffic light facing mckinstry ave.

Thanks for the heads up.
We will monitor this.
The only reason signals would change quickly is if the two intersections are trying to get back into sync with each other.
They get out of step during emergency pre-emption or a pedestrian phase.
