City of Oakland PLEASE HELP!!!! This is an ongoing problem that needs to be resolved and cleaned. The picture that I posted it is of me and my baby on our way home around the corner having to struggle getting through piles of garbage all over the sidewalk. It's nothing but trash couches chairs abandoned vehicles homeless encampments and tents all on the sidewalk between 35th and 36th street and MLK Jr. Way. This has been going on for months now and this city has yet to do anything about it! It's nothing but people sleeping on the sidewalk defecating on the sidewalk illegal activity on the sidewalk and people like me stuck trying to walk through it all. It's disgusting and unfair for the neighborhood and residents. There's rows of stolen trash cans, stolen shopping carts, etc. why is this even allowed. Where is enforcement?? I shouldn't be forced to walk in the street so because people want to treat this city like a public dump. It's about time to make them leave and clean it up once and for all. It's only right.
