Have you thought about calling the Clean City Commission? I don't have a phone number but maybe you could reach them thru 646-7000 or the 311 call system. Just a suggestion. This is very sad that it has not been addressed.

I called 311 at the start of this journey and they suggested that I use this system......not impressed thus far. Actually,it is about what I expected. This is a low priority issue for the city,I imagine. The issue is that this area is visited by tourists and users of the Cap Trail and reflects poorly on the city.
