Description

It appears in the last couple of weeks the Connecticut Post has decided to stop mailing the sales flyers they usually do weekly and instead is tossing them onto lawns, driveways and sidewalks using delivery people of some sort.

While I suspect this is to save postage, my street has orange bags on sidewalks in front of vacant homes, on people's lawns, in their driveways unnoticed, in the street, on sidewalks in front of rental homes where no one looks for "mail", etc.

Do we have a way to stop the Connecticut Post from littering weekly? I am sure saving money is wonderful but cluttering Ansonia (and probably other towns) by throwing bags all over the streets clearly many don't want or don't notice has to be violating a law somewhere.
