I constantly see speacial needs and elderly people trying to cross Rt. 79 on the wrong side of the road. People do not realize that here is a crosswalk button on Woodland Rd. and Old Rt. 79 because they are set too far off the road and there is no crosswalk painted to designate it. There are many special needs and elderly living on Woodland Rd. Also... how about a sidewalk on the right of the south bound side of the Rt 79 from Woodland Rd to Bradley Rd? It only makes sense.
