Description

These neighbors regularly have their Deffenbaugh trash/recycling dumpsters out by the curb long after Thursday pick up. However, today (Friday) they are all 3 still out there and FULL because they put them out too late for Thursday morning pickup. I believe the code/ordinance calls for trash containers to be removed from the curbside area the evening of trash collection day? So these should have been put back behind house last night. As mentioned, they violate that almost every week, but this time they are still by the street and full. I believe this is a violation? Thanks so much for your help on the matter. Hopefully after you validate it a letter will let them know about the code!! Thanks again.
