"Inspection made Friday & Monday regarding a dip in the road @ 2902 Swanoy Drive. Area is located at a stop sign on Swanoy at Ahearn Drive and appears to be in a black-top patch around a hydrant valve. There also appears to be new curb & gutter in this area which most likely was performed by the Developer . Water & Sewer has no record of any work performed at this Hydrant valve in the road. This is a very small dip and represents a nuisance----not a hazard. Traffic is not moving over this dip as it requires a stop prior to proceeding unto Ahern Drive. If you can contact this constituent, please refer them to us for additional information . It is not cost effective to replace this black-top patch under the present circumstances. 410-612-1612".
