Description

The alley behind this house seems to be viewed as a dump for the neighborhood. The alley has been cleaned up a number of times and now is once again filled with household furniture, The trash trucks will not be able to pass through the area to empty the cans each week.. The city should investigate and identify the AH's who dump and the city should fine them...
