This intersection is nearly impossible to use at the morning and evening rush hours. I have sat through 4 to 5 light changes before being able to make a left turn onto Hayes from 24 Mile. It's backed up and very dangerous. Cars repeatedly blow through the yellow and red signals. One or two cars are able to turn at each light change and is very congested.
