Description
neighbor running business out of his garage neighbors have to deal with very loud noise of machines used, breath chemicals used, property affected by dust in air that blows in everyone's house, sawdust is on cars and chemical used sticks to vehicles. Please advise person he can't run a business in residential neighborhood.
