Description

375 4th street. Construction demolition crew is dumping demolition from. Third story window into a dumpster located in the empty lot located at 377 4th street. This is an old building with potentially hazardous material such as lead, pcbs. When dumping the building debris, some of the debris is landing in the lot and not the dumpster, including large amounts of dust and what looks like old drywall. Do they have a permit to be dumping demolition material this way and do they need to take special precautions with hazardous material? This has been going on for 2 weeks. The dumpster is currenty filled to the brim and they keep dumping more on top
