Description
First it was the daily tractor trailers backing up and down these streets.
Now, everyone is doing this, and I don't know why.
They need 60 feet in width to drive a car 6 feet wide. Why ?
I think everyone doing this needs to have a mandatory re-exam to keep their drivers lic.
There is no need for this. There is plenty of space in everyone's driveway, and at the end of Oak Ln for even the biggest trucks to turn around.
Driving 30 MPH in reverse is extremely dangerous, and you are going to run someone down.
Please, stop doing this.

I have stopped everyone I could as I have seen them doing this, and the people driving the big trucks and the 18 wheelers are telling me the reason they need to back up on OAK Ln is because the GPS is showing them that OAK reconnects at the end back to Laurel Run, which it does not.
This issue I can not do anything about.
The other drivers that are backing up on both Oak and Ridge say there is no cul-de-sac at the end of either road, which they are correct, and that forces them to back out, because they can't turn around.
In further looking into this, the people that live here that are doing this, they said the town said there is supposed to be a cul-de-sac at the end of each dead end, and that is true, but only for town roads.
Unfortunately, these roads are private, and I don't think the rules apply.
The park owner is not willing to put in cul-de-sacs, so, I am not sure what else can be done.
