This is so discouraging to look at daily people shouldn't have to live like this. Larry Reed does nothing and when asked for help we were told, "What do you want me to do"?

Thanks for fixing this but there is a greater problem here its a health issue thats only going to get worst. I have seen rats and other small animals among the garbage dumped in our neighborhood. The city makes to many excuses for not being able to stop this. Waste Management is the problem, it cost way too much to dump. The problem isnt just the people who dump garbage but also the company we have picking it up. Who told me they like it because they make more money picking up illegally dumped debris than people actually coming to the dump to dump. I find that to be a bigger problem than then little man who work all day then go to dump whatever he worked on only to see it cost more than he made for the day. Waste managemnet could help fix this problem but instead i was bragged to and told the price was going to go up.

EdT you do make a valid point. Waste Management is now picking up a lot of the illegal dumping is the City / Taxpayer picking the tab for that. We are also paying much high fees to Waste Management for trash service and obscene fees to use there dump. The city seems to have a zero enforcement policy when comes to illegal dumping. Looks like the tax/ rate payers are getting screwed even more than normal. I need to do a FOIA on Oakland and Waste Managements relationship. Because somethings stinks worse than there dump.
