Thank you for clarifying this location as contractor's response was for another newly replaced decorative light on Bellevue. This light on Bellevue across from Marble House was struck by a vehicle in July. The city's agents are negotiating with the driver's insurance company to effect a settlement that will fund the lamp's replacement.
Thank you for your continued observations. The city is aware that two decorative streetlights are absent from Bellevue Avenue locations. One has been removed and stored at the request and expense of an adjacent property owner to prevent any damage to the light as many oversized construction vehicles are entering and exiting the property close to the decorative light. When the possibility of damage to the light has passed, it will be returned to its location. The city's decorative streetlight contractor continues to monitor this situation. The other light, as advised previously, was struck by a vehicle, the claim is being pursued on the city's behalf, and negotiations are still on-going.

Thanks for the update. It will be interesting to see which of the two is replaced first.
