Today l0/25/l6 the tree trimmers arrived @ 8:00 AM and sat in the truck with the engine running until 9:30 AM. An officer was on the scene but it took until 10:00 for him to clear 3 parked cars blocking access to a tree needing trimming. Total waste of time and money, Somebody put a tent over this Circus!
