Resident said there were "no parking, street paving" signs on his block that have been removed without the street being paved.
He wanted to know if it was or was not going to be paved.

Why is this on hold? Joe Cunha told me last week via email that work would commence this week for actual paving (last week was for millwork).
Diane, the residents of Highland Avenue would ask for you to investigate further and give us a timeline rather than respond with "on hold.'
