Description

Vacant property is a disgusting eyesore with numerous problems - large hole in wood siding on upper left side, windows wide open letting in vermin, garbage filling in the area under the steps, no railings, masonry deteriorating on left side of ground floor, etc.. Property has been reported before but condition still getting worse.
