Description

I suspect that a set of driveway red zones are fake on my block. There isn't a single driveway red zone on my entire block. From time to time, I see a car parked on the street, blocking the driveway, so I assume the tenants marked the street red to ensure they have convenient parking when the block is full. The paint does not match the color or texture of other red zones, so I'm thinking this isnt an official zoning. I just received a parking ticket for slightly encroaching into the red zone (yet FAR from the driveway), so I assume they called the cops when they couldnt park on the street, as it wouldnt have hindered them from pulling out or into their driveway. Also, neighbors have told me it wasnt an official mark.
