Description

This woman is a mess. It's sad, but also disgusting. She sleeps, pees and poops right at or in the bus shelter on 5th, by Burlington Coats. She scares people away who want to sit down. She hit me as I walked past her once, and did nothing to instigate it - just walking by. I can smell her urine soaked clothing a half block away. She acts like she owns that area. Please help her move away from that spot.
