Description

I am wheel chair bound and have been trying to gain access to the park via the sidewalk at Lawrence. I was unable to get through, large tents, carts, bed rolls block my access. Tried Wilson same problem. What happened to the" Americans with Disabilities Act?" The city is responsible for enforcing various " Acts of Congress", why am I excluded from the " inclusive tent city rights?
