Description

Two years ago the City, DPW, removed a large dying maple tree in front of my house but left the stump. Per the worker's request I allowed the crew to work on my personal property to remove the tree for speed (less time for removal) safety (electric utilities) and cost (no police for traffic control and less time for work).
