I recently have seen a tall black male hanging around The Village Grove HOA parking lot the last week or so. But tonight I just saw a silver blue asian 4 door sedan with a white female drive onto HOA private parking lot. This tall Black male was in the dark parking lot for an hour or so on his cellphone. Well this vehicle drove onto the private parking lot and parked in the dark parking lot and the black male walked over to this vehicle's passenger side. Which then I watched the transfer. The black male walked away and the vehicle then drove around the parking lot to the exit. Then to turn off of Chalgrove Dr. onto S Border ave. The car was only in lot for 45 seconds. I watch it from the corner of Border and Chalgrove Dr. I've seen this male recently going into the bottom unit and the corner Condo unit of building at 1418 Chalgrove Dr. I don't want this crap in my neighborhood and I've never seen this happen till now. Needs to be dealt with quickly. HOA needs to be notified about this situation and this condo unit.
