Description

There is a large "For Sale" sign held up by two 2x4 posts facing the SE corner of Homestead Ave and Ygnacio Rd - this sign has been a fixture for at least 8-9 years. The property may have been for sale a while ago but the sign has never been taken down. It is an unsightly fixture that does not belong in our neighborhood. Please assist in requiring the owner to remove the sign.

Thanks for looking into it. I called the number on the sign (925) 683-0624 and the person who answered said the property sold a long time ago and the sign should come down (there are actually - one on corner and another on Ygnacio side). Would like to know when the sign will come down as construction on that lot started last week and signs are up.

I contacted the owner at the site a short time ago. He will remove the sign maybe Friday but for sure next week. I will check it next Tuesday.
