I just saw that pile of household furniture and garbage sitting against the fence over the Peralta Creek two days ago. I wish the city would just put a camera over that area so they could catch the people who do that all the time. There is a new pile of garbage almost every single month, and I've lived in the area for 5 years- it's always the same. The city could save a lot of money in man hours spent cleaning up people's crap if they had surveillance for the area. If people knew there was a camera in the area maybe they wouldn't do it anymore, or at least not as much.
