Yup that Pembroke Pines for you, our city has no street cleaning vehicles, all the landscaping companies throw the cut debris into the sewer which results in a back up
ty has clructure several times a new head has been ordered for the drainage pipe, the school is supposed to be cleaning their drains in the courtyard that may be blocking outflow
Lawn people run over cans, rags, etc. I've seen the same trash along the eastern side of the school along and inside the fence since last year. Wouldn't surprise me if trash clogged up drain.
Maybe the city could contact Broward Teen Court and have teen offenders pick up trash on the property on the weekends.
