Description

The shell station at Agnew Drive and Township Line Road also has an auto repair shop attached to it. The repair shop constantly parks overflow vehicles on the sidewalk at the top of the street. It is next to impossible to safely turn in either direction on Township Line, due to the vehicles blocking your view. I spoke with the employees there and I was pretty much laughed at.

Police were contacted and I did see an officer respond and speak with the employees. Vehicles were moved the following day but after several more days they began parking there again.

It is an Upper Darby Township code that you cannot park on sidewalks. I know this because I received a parking ticket by parking on my sidewalk while unloading (I was wrong for doing so).

Something needs to be done before it causes an accident. It better not be me, because I will sue the gas station and township for not doing anything about it after reporting!!!
