Description

Only for the area in front of 71 carlton. Someone removed a HUGE chunk of the pavement that it is so difficult for any car to drive over. Essentially have to slow down to an almost 0-1mph to prevent ruining tired or severe shaking. Why is it taking so long? Wish i had a photo but i cant stop traffic to take a photo of the floor...
