Parking Enforcement violated DC vehicle code by parking only 2-3 feet from intersection, blocking the fire hydrant in the process. I want to see the driver ticketed for these flagrant violations of law and common sense and be administratively sanctioned. Is he exempted from following the vehicle code? Ticket enforcement at the expense of safety and common sense is not justified.
