What are the steps or who needs to be contacted about installing a traffic light at this location? Because it is very difficult when a car is on 18 1/2 mile & needs to make a left turn onto Ryan, to see any oncoming cars, unless the car pulls up beyond the while lines on the ground (which blocks pedestrians from being able to cross). Plus all the curbside trees that are along the left side on residences properties, also make it difficult to see oncoming cars from the left. Not to mention cars coming from directly across the street from Delia Park. All this contributes to long waits at this intersection, just to turn left onto Ryan.
