Description

Tuesady 10-18-16 10:45pm
The Kalesh SRO Hote at 179 Julian Ave at 16th St had 2 black Waste mgmt bins overflowing and 1 blue bin overflowing all with their lids open at 10:42pm Tuesday 8-18-16.-Cant close the lids--too much trash. Pics show their address 179 on all 3 trash bins. Trash day is not till the morning if Wednesday is even their trash day. Only 3 bind for 38 SRO Rooms is not enough. The neighborhood homeless recycler (BMA) was in fact going thru those 3 bins for cans and bottles but he cleans up completelety ehen he is done. LESS CANS AND BOTTLES SHOULD MEAN LESS TRASH AND THE LIDS SHOULD BE ABLE TO BE CLOSED. The blue bin as on the picture has bread and the rats and homeless will be back again dumping it on the sidewalk as they go thru the bins. The Kalesh Hotel is a commercial property (room ads on booking.com etc). They bins they have need to have locks on them like restaurants and they need
To put own their trash day on trash day not the evrning before when its comvient for them.
