Thank you for reporting your concern to City of Cambridge via Commonwealth Connect. We have reviewed the information you provided our staff and will be investigating this issue further.

The company came to service them on Monday and are not scheduled again till Friday for a service but we will call them in for an extra service call as we agree the conditions are in need of an extra service. With the heavy usage we have been getting daily in them. Next season we are going to try to add an additional service call for them. That way they will be serviced 3 times a week.
