Daly Road is a privately maintained street. The City of Raleigh does not maintain this road. The adjacent property owners are typically responsible for any maintenance.

It may be private at the very end that is a dirt road but I believe the main part of the road connected to New Hope Road is public. Check it out.

And Raleigh City Park Maintenance is located on Daly Road so I don't think its a private road.

This has been reported to you since OCTOBER and the side of the road just keeps getting worse. Any hope you can address this?

In a good faith effort, city crews did make some recent repairs to this private street. However, this is not a city-maintained road. Future requests for maintenance will be directed to staff for review.
