Description

Due to a new home construction sight, near the corner of Pomegranate Avenue and Sachi Way, the ditches are eroding causing street signs to tip over. These ditches were redug by The Contractor who's building these tract homes. Now when it rains the street signs are coming down and the next thing to fall down are these telephone poles. (See picture). These telephone poles are only 5 to 6 feet deep in the ground, around the same depth as this ditch. These contractors say that County inspectors authorized them to widen the ditch. I find this very hard to believe. Especially with these telephone poles so very close practically in the ditch. Somebody from the county needs to take a look at this before these telephone poles come crashing down on the surrounding homes near this construction site, killing someone or causing tremendous property damage. And this very well may happen the next time it rains hard or during the next storm
