The sign says sold, but there has been no activity at the house since June or July. Regardless, who ever the current owner is (either the old owner waiting for the sale to happen, or the new owner waiting for building permits or whatever), I believe they are still required to take care of the property.

No deed transfer so seller still has not been to closing. Probably contingent sale waiting for permits. One of them should cut the grass. Perhaps call the realtor
